Description |
Round basket with lid. It has a plain plaited start of cedar bark. There is western sweetgrass around outside of base and beargrass wrapped twining. It's older but in good shape. Extended Visual Description Object is a round light tan basket with lid. Lid sits over basket edge, has two muted brown lines at surround edge,top has muted brown star pattern at center and two circular lines surround star. Inside colors are black and yellow. Basket is plaited on bottom, and has a bark slat at rim which has signs of glue in several places around. Rim intact but warped with slat. Sides are light tan background with dark brown and yellow lines around. Inside colors are black and yellow. |
