Description |
Small, round twined basket made of beargrass. Three bands of colors. Beargrass wrapped twining, western sweetgrass warp: split root of some kind. 3 3/4" diameter at top, 2" diameter at bottom, 2 1/4" high. Extended Visual Description Object is a small round basket with flared sides. Coiled construction. Bottom is brown with tan sides. Lines designs are red/orange near bottom two red/orange lines at middle and an orange line encased by to green lines near top. Rim is braided. Ends can be seen inside. Bottom is indented. No damage. |
