Description |
Thompson River basket. Slat cedar root coiled, design imbricated. Beargrass and cherry bark dyed. Once had bail handles. Extended Visual Description Object is a rectangular shaped basket. The rim has four handles made with bark wrapped coed, only one intact. Basket is brown with 2 diamond designs on sides and one on ends, no design inside. Rim and corners are dirty from use. Designs are of red/brown, white, dark brown. |
